Both Carly and Matthew were great. There was a lot of back and forth and change in monthly PCH value etc at the outset of the conversation - which was no reflection on them but more so new systems and ways of working with Mini HQ. Needs ironing out

My wife has had several Audis which I take to be serviced nearby and the quality service and level of professionalism I experience there isn't a patch on what I experience at BMW Bedford. This is how it's supposed to be done - well done to your team!
